This week I postponed my Tuesday geocaching plans. The earthquake in Haiti took the world’s center stage and I, like the rest of the planet, looked on with sadness and grief. As a native Southern Californian I am no stranger to the earth’s power when she decides to stretch and yawn or scratch an itch. Either way, the effects on humanity and it’s efforts, remind us how insignificant we really are.
My prayers are with the Haitian people and with the families of those lost. Godspeed.
